PANCAKE DAY.

Jeni, pancakes and I go back a long way. 

Not long after we met we we spent a morning melting in front of a fan and a hob making a stack of pancakes in about 35 degree heat and 100% humidity in Bangladesh. I'm pretty sure that every time we've met up since, we've managed to include pancakes in our plans. This time was no exception. It actually happened to be pancake DAY while I paid Jeni a visit. What could be more appropriate.
